Getfastferry.com and cooperate company/operator are committed to serve you satisfactory. We highly recommend you to read and understand on our below terms and conditions carefully to ensure that your reservation, travel, and activities are in order. However, some suppliers are also having their conditions. For this, we will have specific conditions might be applied depend on each arrangement, time booking, etc.
How to Book?
Advance reservation is a much appreciated, to check the space availability. The booking can be done through instant booking or enquiry booking depending on Get Fast Ferry services availability.
For every successful booking transaction user / buyer will get voucher and receipt of payment through email. The voucher is a proof of valid transaction. The email could go to your spam box, please check your spam box. If the email goes to your spam box, please mark it as ‘As Not Spam’ for your future benefit. Should you not receive the voucher, please contact us at getfastferry@gmail.com.
The Prices
The product’s pricing are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and other currencies but the final settlement will be in IDR using exchange rates provided by bloomberg.com.
Ticket price for foreigner is valid for all passport passenger (NON Indonesian Passport holder)
Ticket price for domestic is valid for local passenger (Indonesian Passport / KTP holder) only.
Foreigner who purchased with Domestic Ticket Price will be charged Overseas Ticket Price upon check-in, or will be denied boarding by Ferry / Boat Operator without refund.
Payment security
All payments using credit cards (Visa and Master Card) and Debit cards processed via Payment Gateway as a payment processor secured by International Standard Security Scanning encrypted with 128 bit SSL.
Voucher
Voucher is valid for the specified date / time / service only.
Get Fast Ferry / Ferry Operator is entitled to ask additional charge for products and or services that are excluded from products and or services that have been mentioned on the voucher.
Voucher can not be exchanged with other products and or services without approval from Get Fast Ferry.
Voucher can not be cancelled and refunded.

Usage of vouchers policy
The usage of vouchers should be according to Get Fast Ferry terms and conditions and listed vendor’s terms and conditions. Listed vendors are the sellers that provide the products and / or services.
How to use the Voucher.
User / buyer should print the voucher or save the voucher in their gadget (e-voucher) as user must show it along with passport / ID card to the Ferry / Boat Operator staff for redemption. User should contact us at getfastferry@gmail.com, if the Ferry / Boat Operator staff refuse to deliver their service(s) so we can solve it immediately.
Schedules:
The punctuality of departure and arrival times is subject to sea and or weather conditions. The duration of embarking and disembarking passenger at each port may vary due to different dock conditions on each island
Travel document
It is the passenger responsibility to make sure that they have the required travel document (eg. passport, visa, ID Card, entry permit etc), if required
Cancellations & Delays:
Getfastferry.com and cooperate company/operator reserves the right to cancel a booking and change the schedule without any liability to the passenger due to major problem with the vessel, bad weather, technical issue, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbor Master
Getfastferry.com and cooperate company/operator shall not be liable for damages or losses that may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service.
Getfastferry.com and cooperate company/operator shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.
*To avoid disappointment concerning a connecting flight at any airport / other scheduled transportation, Getfastferry.com and cooperate company/operator suggest providing yourself at least 24 hours before your onward travel.
In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passenger, Getfastferry.com and cooperate company/operator reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
Cancellation more than 1 week of travel date: full refund.
Cancellation less than 1 week but more than 72 hours from date of travel: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 72 hours of travel: NO REFUND.
No show or late arrival: NO REFUND.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
Without any charge: 7 days before the departure date.
Between 3 days and 6 days will be charged 50% from the total ticket value.
Between 2 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total ticket value.
No show will be charged 100% from the total ticket value
* Any bank charges incurred for a reversal will be at the expense of the passenger.
Refunds:
In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
Charge back
Customers who have purchased Fast ferry / boat tickets and have received services from Operator either boat and/or shuttle cannot charge back for any reason.
Luggage Allowance
Unless otherwise stated, each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge while not exceeding a size of 20 inches or and total weight of 20 Kg, otherwise charges may be imposed. Extra charges may be imposed for surfboard. The ferry / boat operator accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during travel or transit. Ferry / boat operator reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers. Prohibited items including but not limited to drugs and flammable items are not allowed on board. Passenger will have to bear the responsibility for the possession of prohibited items if discovered. Pets, cars, motor bikes (scooters) are not allowed onboard the fast ferry boat.
