Operating vessel may change depending on circumstances, the fast ferry boat operator reserves the right to change the vessel in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passenger |

Travel by fast ferry / fast boat is not recommended for passengers who are; pregnant, suffering from heart conditions and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments |
Unless otherwise stated, each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge while not exceeding a size of 20 inches or and total weight of 25 Kg, otherwise charges may be imposed. Extra charges may be imposed for surfboard. The ferry operator accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during travel or transit. Ferry boat operator reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers. Prohibited items including but not limited to drugs and flammable items are not allowed on board. Passenger will have to bear the responsibility for the possession of prohibited items if discovered. |
